Membership offers exclusive engagement opportunities to companies who provide services other than consultancy in asbestos & hazardous materials including participation in presenting at events; ability to contribute to the future of Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Management; access to organisational knowledge, experience and provides opportunities to be recognised for excellence in Hazardous Materials Management.
Membership is available for companies, who would like to demonstrate their commitment to improving the management of Asbestos and Hazardous Materials for a safer and healthier workplace via becoming Business Partners with the AHCA. There are no eligibility requirements for this grade of membership other than acceptance of the AHCA code of conduct.
Provisional Membership is open to those who are engaged in asbestos and hazardous materials employment and at the beginning their career. Typically this is a professional with less than 2 years experience.
Benefits
Full Membership is open to those who have greater than 2 years experience in the asbestos and hazardous materials industry and are deemed a competent person or have attained the title of Licensed Asbestos Assessor as prescribed by relevant state regulators.
